Nobody knows where he came from, and nobody fully understands the wrongs that have been done to him or his family. He reveals only fragments – a pair of bolt cutters, a loose wheel, a bump in the road, a gear too high, a broken chain on the sidewalk – but he never stays in one place long enough to fully explain himself.
The only thing that’s clear is that when he finds who he’s looking for, he will spare none of the 14 speeds in his Shimano drive train nor any one of the 54 centimeters that make up his alloy Aero frame to fully enact his revenge.
The name he goes by is Schwinn Katana. His enemy is known only as “the commute.”
