Kodak Xtralife Alkaline Batteries – 72pk
Saturday, September 15, 2012
Hello, and welcome. I am the founder and curator of the only museum dedicated to the lost grandeur of 1990s-era mobile electronics. Our collection includes dozens of long-lost devices that will thrill and delight you. Admission is free, but consider a donation, as our operating costs include the dozens and dozens and dozens of batteries we go through each week.
Step into the portable music player room. Here we have both Walk- and Disc-men for your nostalgic enjoyment. And remember, Discmen eat up batteries with the voracity of a starved wolf, so do consider chipping in. We’ve switched over to these Kodak Xtralife batteries, which buy us a lot of extra usage time at a great value, but they still ain’t free.
Here we have the Hall Of Portable Video Games, which include, of course, the Game Boy and Sega Game Gear (the latter an infamous devourer of all things alkaline). But also the less-popular Virtual Boy, Neo Geo Pocket, and Atari Lynx. Even though these Xtralife batteries are great for high-drain devices, these crappy consoles really put them to the test.
What’s that? Rechargeable batteries? Yeah, we keep thinking about it, but it seems like a hassle.
