Anna, your texts are sweet. They really are. I think it’s so cute that you always write out, “I heart you.” Honestly, it makes my day. But I’ve just gotta know if you really mean it.

That’s why I got this MIO Breeze Heart Rate Monitor Watch. It tracks your exertion level, heart rate, and percent of max heart rate. What you’re going to do is wear it and write me a text, and I’ll check the watch for any noticeable fluctuations in heart rate – which would mean it’s true; you really do heart me – or exertion level – which would mean it’s really challenging for you to write the text, in which case, we’re going to have to have a serious talk.

Oh, Anna! Don’t be nervous! Unless, of course, you have something to hide…
