Energizer Weather Ready LED Flashlight

Honey! Help me out here. Turn on this Energizer Weather Ready LED Flashlight and leave it on until it runs out of batteries. I’ve got to melt all the candles way down so they’re basically unusable.

“Wait, hold on, what? Why? It’s still light outside. And haven’t you been watching the news: there’s a huge thunderstorm coming. We might need the flashlight and the candles if the power goes out.”

That’s what I was thinking at first, too. But you know what? I’m tired of going on the defensive. Gathering the candles and the flashlights? Stocking up on food? That’s just what the storm is expecting us to do.

Sure, if you want to get through the storm. But if you want to beat the storm? That’s something entirely different. You gotta make the first move. Like what we’re doing right now: the storm sees some people wasting the batteries on their weather resistant 17 lumen flashlight, and it’s like, ‘what’re those guys planning?’

“And?”

“And what are you planning?”
