I’ll be the first to admit that I didn’t do the greatest cost-over-time analysis when I got my laser eyes. Especially in terms of the power source.
See, the doctor offered to hook them up so that they ran off of the energy generated by the beating of my heart, but that was going to be, like, $ 2,000 extra! And the laser eyes were already expensive enough on their own, so I was like, “You know what, doc? I’ll take the model that runs on AA batteries and save a little bit of cash.”
Well, it turns out laser eyes really burn through those things, especially if you shoot as many lasers out of your eyes as I do! It wasn’t long before I realized that my money saving plan had backfired. I mean, I was buying fresh batteries almost daily!
I needed to do something. My first thought was to go back to the doctor and get the heart-powered version installed, but that would mean admitting I was wrong, and when I have to admit that I was wrong it makes me want to cry, and crying with laser eyes hurts like nothing you’ve ever felt before.
So instead, I got this iGo Charger. Now, I can use rechargable Mercury-, Cadmium-, Lead or Nickel-free batteries to power my laser eyes! That means it’s cheap and also environmentally-conscious!
Now, if I only I could get my bionic fist to run on these things, then I’d really start saving some money!
