Things have been getting worse and worse since new management took over. Elevator always on the fritz. Fellow tenets range from simply weird to mentally unstable. Complaints about door-to-door solicitor who sells nothing but vacuums continue to be ignored. Don’t feel safe since one neighbor was attacked in her home and another mysteriously went missing. Superintendent seems to enjoy taking work orders while scantily-clad. Also convinced the Super stole my Germ Guardian Digital Air Purifier while fixing a sink clog while I was not home.
Is there anything we could’ve done to change your mind?
You could’ve gotten my air purifier back, for starters. I left several calls describing it in detail, from the powerful UV-C that kills bacteria and viruses to the Pet Pure HEPA Filter that eliminates 99.97% of airborne particles. It’s sitting in the superintendent’s living room. I saw it when I made my initial inquiry after it went missing. Superintendent refused to cooperate. Instead, he insisted it was his while eating white powdered-donuts and wearing only a black thong. Perhaps he simply misremembered due to the seemingly incredible case of jock itch he was very interested in dealing with.
Would you recommend this HomeCorp Inc. Residential Property to friends or family?
Only to my father, who left my mother and I when I was very young, and for whom I have cultivated an intense, burning hatred of for nearly 35 years.
In what one way do you think we could better serve our tenets?
Nuke the site from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.
