Hisense 42″ 1080p LED HDTV

Hi, I’m Sam, and this is my TV life-partner, Hisense. We met a few months ago — it’s a pretty good story actually — Woot was selling this TV and I needed a TV, so I bought it. Isn’t that romantic?
Just to be up front with you, I don’t consider this “my” TV. Don’t get me wrong, our relationship has been wonderful. Just last week I watched Louie in full 1080p HD, and the picture looked superb. It’s “refurbished” from a previous ownership, but it’s not some weird rebound thing. We love each other very much.
It’s just that Hisense and I are trying to move past the standard TV/TV-Owner relationship. I mean, when you think about it, isn’t it crazy to pretend like you’re supposed to be with this ONE TV for the rest of your life?
We have one major ground rule: Anybody else can buy Hisense, except my friends or acquaintances. I can handle the jealousy, but it’s just too complicated if somebody I know watches Hisense. Sorry Sean, but there are plenty of other TVs on this site. Keep looking.
So please, Woot shopper, feel free to do whatever you want with this beautiful 42″ Hisense. I know, I know, it might seem weird at first to watch another man’s TV, but you’ll get over it, and it will probably end up feeling freeing and empowering to throw off the shackles of that outdated one-man-one-TV system.
