*You should be aware that sometimes the bass can get a little too punchy. Here’s what to do if this happens to you:

• If the bass is sweating a lot, offer to get it a towel. This will make the bass self-conscious and essentially bring it back down to Earth.
• Nobody really knows the bass’s history, so refrain from calling it things like “pal” or “buddy” or “big guy” in case it has negative associations with those seemingly polite terms.
