“Okay gang, today we’re looking at the Cold Steel Folding Knife. It’s a great little knife made from Japanese AUS 8A Stainless Steel with a Stone Wash Finish and a Tri-Ad lock mechanism for a strong, durable, low-maintenance lock. What do you think?”
“I thought it was nice.”
“Yeah, me too.”
“Perfectly adequate knife.”
“I didn’t like it.”
“Okay, there are no wrong answers. What didn’t you like about the knife?”
“The name.”
“Cold Steel?”
“Yeah. It sounds so…harsh. It should be something nicer.”
“Nicer? Like, more upscale?”
“I just mean nicer. Like, cold steel sounds uncomfortable. Maybe it should be called the Warm Down Comforter Knife.”
“Uh, okay. I don’t see how that would help people.”
