Everyone’s always telling me that I look EXACTLY like John Cusack. And by everyone, I mostly mean baristas. And when I say they tell me I look exactly like John Cusack, it’s not always in those exact words. But they definitely write “John” on my drink cups. And that’s not even my name; it’s Don! And I always make sure to enunciate it. Very quietly.
Anyway, what’s important here is that people clearly think I look like John Cusack and they’re basically begging me to do more John Cusack inspired stuff. So, I thought, I’ll do that boombox thing from Say Anything. That’s why I got this TDK Boombox. It’s got 35 watts of dynamic, full-range sound. And it works with my iPod or iPhone (charging it while it plays), but it still has that cool, old-school look.
I mean, yeah – it seems like a lot to go through just to reenact a scene from a movie, but look when you’ve got a gift like mine, you use it.
