Wow, I never thought I’d be up here on this stage! This is like a dream come-true for me, you know? Imagine me, Jake Violent, getting the most important rock award that exists here in the future!

Yeah, when I formed “Violent Street Gang” back in the early 2020s, I said it was about expressing my inner rage, but you know what? That was really a lie. Because what it REALLY was about was using my “Band In A Box” toy that my dad bought me back when I was a kid! Oh, man, I shook that tambourine so hard, like Roger Daltrey in Tommy! And the maracas? I was like a young Desi Arnez … did he play the maracas? Ha ha! Guess I gotta look that up on the telepathy-net since that replaced the Internet in 2019!

People said “Jake Violent, no one will ever rock out with a recorder.” But I said “If Jethro Tull can make a flute into a band that can beat Metallica, I can rock out perfectly hard!” And I did! Once again, because of my Dad. I love my Dad. My Dad’s the best rocker in the world. Dad, this is for you, Dad. For my Dad! Dad!”

“Dad! Dad! DAD!” Tim snapped out of his daydream to see his son there, holding out the harmonica. “Can you teach me how to play this?”

“I sure can, Jake,” Tim smiled. “I sure can.”
