You’re familiar with twelve-step programs, right? They’re a recovery tool used to help alcoholics and other addicts overcome their dependencies. However, few people are aware that a different kind of 12-step program, coupled with the LifeSpan MyStride Activity Tracker, can also be a great way to stay in shape!
It’s simple: You just take twelve steps. Twelve literal steps. With your legs and feet. And your activity monitor lets you record all dozen steps and upload them easily via a flip-out USB jack. It’s that simple!
Here is our “guide” to all twelve steps:
(Step 1) This one’s going to be pretty easy. Don’t get cocky.
(Step 2) OoooOOO – now things are getting spicy.
(Step 3) Are you feeling OK? Take a second and check your MyStride’s digital display.
(Step 4) Now you’re hitting your “stride.” HAHAHAHAHA
(Step 5) Watch out for that daddy long-legs
(Step 6) You’re halfway done stepping!
(Step 7) Do you feel it in your glutes? (That’s a fitness term for “butt”)
(Step 8) Remember: life has meaning.
(Step 9) WHEN WILL IT END, OH GOD, WHEN WELL THE STEPPING END?
(Step 10) If your legs feel like Jell-O, that’s just because they are actually Jell-O.
(Step 11) This would be the last step if it were an 11-step program
(Step 12) You made it! You’re officially fit.
