Santa’s Little Helper Drink Mix

In a pitcher, stir together 2 cups water, 2 cups of Tequila, 1/2 cup Grand Mariner or Triple Sec. Add Santa’s Little Helper Mix and stir to dissolve. Rub the rims of the glasses with a piece of juicy lime and then twirl in coarse salt. Shake glasses to remove excess salt, fill with ice and pour in the Santa’s Little Helper drink. For frozen Santa’s Little Helpers: in a blender combine 1 cup water, 2 cups Tequila and 1/2 cup Grand Marnier or Contreau. Fill blender with ice and whizz until slushy. Non-alcoholic Santa’s underage elves’ punch: in a pitcher combine Santa’s Little Helper Mix, 4 cups orange juice or tangerine juice and 2 liters of Sprite or 7-Up. Stir to combine, then serve over ice with slices of orange, lemon and lime. |
