Sir, if you’d please put down that camera? Eagles are notoriously sensitive about making braised dishes, and we must be careful not to disturb their natural habitat. Last year one of our guests upset a family of raccoons trying to make a souffle and the forest rangers just weren’t happy about that at ALL.
Now, here’s a bit of trivia, the Caldero is designed with a pan wider than the pan base! Those sloping sides make it easier to create stocks and sauces, and… oh! Oh! Shhh! Everyone look! There’s an eagle now, and he seems to have caught a salmon! Look at those scales shine in the sunlight.
Okay, so… the eagle lands on the north side of the oven… note how he washes his hands and puts on a hair net… now he’s chopping with its beak… and right into the 18/10 stainless steel pan body with that salmon! I think he’s making a stew… oh, here comes the mate, she’s got carrots… mmm, can you smell that rich, delicious broth? That’s why the Caldero is one of the very best pans for the eagle chef in the wild… okay, kid, I know you thought that was cute, but there was no reason to honk the bus horn like that, no reason at all. Oh, you wanted to get back for ice cream like it said in the brochure? Well, there was GOING to be ice cream, but now, I think you’ve ruined it. Yes, go ahead, take it up with the travel agent, but they’re not holding the key to the freezer, are they?
I’m sorry, ladies and gentlemen. It looks like that’s the end of the tour. Unless you’d like to see a wren making a microwave pizza… fine, then. Back to the barn.
