Danielle knew her mother would be in one of two places: the kitchen, or the liquor cabinet. This time, the first guess was right. Danielle caught her standing in front of the Core Bamboo 3pc Cutting Board Set, chopping vegetables for later.

“LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!” shouted Danielle. “Mom, shut up! I don’t care about ANY of that! And also, what are you saying, that I should choose a cutting board based on nothing but its size? I mean, you seem to be perfectly happy dicing carrots on the medium sized board right now.”

“Oh, I am, darling. But what the larger board doesn’t know won’t hurt it.”

“MOM!” Danielle gasped. “Are you telling me you’re having an affair?”

“What? No! Young lady, what’s wrong with you! I was just making a joke about chopping carrots! Honestly, this whole thing with Phil and Craig has got you absolutely muddled in the head. I don’t think you’re the sort who can handle dating two men at once.”

“We’re not dating!” yelled Danielle as she left the kitchen, thinking This! This is why I never talk to my mother!
