All right, Teeny Tiny Boppers, that was a hard fought seven innings. Everyone, I want to say I was proud of everyone for their hard work and teamwork and stuff. Great job, team!

But I would be remiss as your coach if I didn’t address the…situation at the end of the game. George, I appreciate your, uh, passion, but from now on I’m going to have to require you use one of the DeMarini Tee Ball Bats I picked up to supply the team. It seems bringing your own bat from home was the catalyst for your rather heated discussion with the home plate umpire.

No, no, calm down George. I’m not saying I agree or disagree that the bat had too much pine tar. I’m just saying it’s tee ball, and I don’t really know if you needed pine tar in the first place. One of these aluminum DeMarini bats should be more than enough. After all, tee ball is all about having fun, right? Who cares how far you hit the ball?

Put down that bat, George.
