Emblem Monterey Sweet White Wine (4)
Monday, August 27, 2012
Nobody said wine was supposed to be cheap, but man, all the hidden costs can really get annoying! I mean, first you need to buy the wine, then you need to buy the maple syrup to add to it; then there’s all the energy it costs: the mixing in the maple syrup, the waiting overnight, the mixing in more maple syrup (you never get it right the first time), etc.
Well, I thought: there’s got to be a better way! That’s when I discovered Emblem Monterey Sweet White Wine! It comes out of the bottle already tasting sweet! No it’s not the same thick, supple sweetness of my homemade maple zinfandel, but you do get some other nice flavors in there. Like apricot nectar, candied orange, mango, honey, and orange spice tea!
And with all the time I save, I can finally get around to perfecting my salted iced tea recipe! Thanks, Emblem Wines!
