The first thing they discovered during Mrs. Thompson’s heart surgery was that her heart appeared to be stone.

“That’s not a good sign,” said the doctor.

But when they opened it up, they found it contained a beautiful world, a bright world overflowing with lush greenery and life! All in the operating theater oohed and ahhed. Except the doctor.

“Medically speaking, that’s not a great sign either,” he said.
