Okay, just to be clear: we had a little bit of a mix-up, so some of these are HP Gaming Desktops – as in HP desktops with appropriate specs to allow for maximum game-playing – and some of the are HP Gaming Desktops – as in, desktops that are built specifically to game the system.
How will you be able to tell the difference? Simple: boot it up and see what it does. If it seems to run fine, and you have no problem installing and playing games on it – thanks to its 3rd generation Intel Core i7-3770 Quad-Core Processor, its 8GB DDR3 1600MHz memory, and its NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 graphics card – then you’re good; you’ve got a real Gaming Desktop.
However, if it immediately starts looking for tax loopholes and hidden incentives, then you know that you’ve got one of other Gaming Desktops and you should return it immediately. Because keeping it and heeding its advice, though financially fruitful, would be wrong!
