Captain’s Log, Day 1: The ear exploration voyage of the SS MEElectronics In-ear Headphone is off to a bit of a rocky start. I had only just piloted our craft into the entrance of the canal when the ear’s walls surrounded us and held us snugly. Perhaps this is some sort of security measure and when the ear sees that we are harmless, it will let us continue on our journey.
Captain’s Log, Day 4: We still have not been released. I have told the crew not to worry and that we will be on our way any day now. However, the truth is I fear that, because of our craft’s high-impact housing and angled approach, the ear is not uncomfortable with our presence and will find no reason to release us for quite a while. Force may be required to break out.
Captain’s Log, Day 7: Our weapons have proven useless upon the ear. We have fired sounds from an iPod, iPhone, and computer, all devices our craft is compatible with. Unfortunately, with our 9mm dynamic driver, the shots hit the walls hard but they are not overpowering enough to break us free. In fact, I think the ear might be enjoying all of this. I certainly am not. There is much whispering among the members of my crew and I fear a mutiny is brewing. If I do not live to see this journey through, please, whoever you are that finds this log, tell my wife I love her.
