Georgia O’Keefe was known for her close-up paintings of petals and flowers, and with the Nordicware Rose Bundt Pan you can pay homage to the artist’s greatest works.
But…you know…not necessarily with all the…associated…ummmmmm…symbolic imagery…and…well…this is uncomfortable…but…ummmm…it’s just that many people think Georgia O’Keefe’s flower works look a lot like…*gulp*…representations of female…ummm…sensuality…and…jeez, is it hot in here?…it’s rosacea, actually, I swear I’m not blushing…listen, nobody is going to think your cakes look anything like…you know…Georgia O’Keefe paintings unless you mention it…ummm..so maybe just forget we said anything, OK?…wipe the image from your mind…not that you had a specific image or anything…I mean…God I’m only making this worse…it’s just that the Ancient Greeks had a conception of the fear and dreadfulness inherent in the female…no, let’s not go there…you know, Georgia O’Keefe had a lot of other wonderful paintings that didn’t look anything like that…THAT…and people forget about those…which is unfortunate…oh no I’m talking about Georgia O’Keefe again…let’s change the topic…this bundt cake sort of looks like Minas Tirith, don’t you think?…well, the bottom half of Minis Tirith without the enormous tower that looks like the Washington Monument…oh no…I SWEAR I wasn’t trying to go there…
