Olevano Extra Virgin Olive Oil +Cookbook
Friday, March 29, 2013
“… 97 … 98 … 99 … 100. Whew!”
Nancy, what are you doing with all those bottles of Olevano Olive Oil?
“Shhhhh! I don’t want anyone to find out, but apparently, there’s GOLD in this olive oil!”
If that’s the case, we need to get this out of here RIGHT NOW, because someone is probably looking for it. And when they show up, they’re probably not going to be very nice.
“Let them try. But they’re gonna have to pry this cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil out of my cold-dead hands.”
I’m sure that won’t be a problem for them! How could you get us into this mess?! Where did you even hear about the gold?
“I’m sorry! I read it on the label, and I guess I just got carried away.”
Wait. You read that there was gold in the olive oil ON THE LABEL?
“Yeah, is that bad? It says right here, the oil has a rich green color with a HINT OF GOLD … and a fruity aroma similar to green leaves, herbs and raw tomatoes.”
I can’t believe this.
“Quick! Help me hide it all behind these Meredith Laurence Blue Jean Chef cookbooks. Also, I may or may not have recently acquired a large number of cookbooks.”
