No, there is no typo on the Evite. I would like you all to join me for a slideshow of my slideshow of my vacation.
Hi All,
I just wanted to clarify something since there seems to be some confusion. When I said in the Evite that you should come over to “look at pictures of my pictures of my recent trip to Peru,” I meant what I said. We will be looking at a series of pictures that I’ll take of a series of pictures that I’ve taken of my trip to Peru. Why? Because I LOVE slideshows! Is that so hard to understand?
But anyway, in case you’re still not sure, here’s how it’s going to go: Step 1) go to Peru with my Panasonic digital camera. This step’s already done, and I’ve got GPS-tagged photos to prove it. Step 2) you come over and look at those crisp, 14.1 megapixel photos of me in Peru. While you’re doing that I’m completing step 3) which is to take crisp 14.1 megapixel photos of you looking at the crisp, 14.1 megapixel photos of me in Peru. Then, Step 4) you watch the slideshow of the photos I just took of you watching the slideshow, while I film you watching that slideshow on my Panasonic (I always prefer watching a slideshow of a slideshow later on video).
AND, in case you were curious, snacks will not be served until the second slide show, so if you want to leave after the first one, well then more pigs-in-a-blanket for the rest of us!
