Ingredients:

30% Carbamide Peroxide Gel: Glycerin, Carbamide Peroxide, Water, Carbomer, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Saccharin, Peppermint Oil, EDTA

12% Hydrogen Peroxide Gel: Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide, Water, Carbomer, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Saccharin, Peppermint Oil, EDTA

Remineralizing Gel: Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Xylitol, Calcium Pyrophosphate, Trolamine, Xanthan Gum, Peppermint Oil, Carbopol, Benzyl Alcohol, Lactic Acid, Potassium Nitrate, Sucralose, Cellulose CMC, Blue Shade Liquid

Forming Your Custom Trays (First Use Only)
Heat water in a microwave-safe container for approximately 3 minutes. Use caution as contents will be hot. Hold tray by the handle and dip into the water until the arch is completely submerged. Wave the tray back and forth to soften. It will begin to lose shape in approximately 5-10 seconds. Remove the tray and shake gently to remove excess water. Carefully use your fingers to keep the warmed material from sticking together Tilt your head back and place the warmed tray on your upper teeth. Bite down and gently suck any excess water out of the tray. Starting with your front teeth, use your fingers to press firmly on the front and back of the tray around the tooth surfaces. The more pressure you apply the stronger your tooth impressions will be. Work your way to the back teeth. Leave on teeth for 1 minute or until the tray is completely cool. Trim tray handle if desired. Repeat process with the second tray on your lower teeth If you are not satisfed with your dental impressions, you can re-warm the same trays and repeat the process for the perfect fit or use the third tray. Wash and dry trays thoroughly before and after each use.

Place the tray on your teeth and leave for 15-30 minutes. Remove the trays and clean thoroughly Rinse mouth and brush teeth. Follow the treatment program as directed for maximum results.

Using Whitening Solution

Twist the cap to uncap the syringe. Do not throw away the tip. Apply a small bead of whitening gel in each of the tooth impression in your custom mouth trays. Do not overuse the gel. Recap the syringe before storing.
Place the tray on your teeth and leave for 15-30 minutes.
Remove the trays and clean thoroughly
Rinse mouth and brush teeth.
Follow the treatment program as directed for maximum results.

Do NOT rinse mouth, brush teeth, eat, drink or smoke for at least 30 minutes.
Use the Remineralizing Gel as directed in the Treatment Program or as needed when sensitivity occurs. For best results, use the Remineralizing Gel before going to bed.
