Proud to Serve Sauvignon Blanc exhibits such a delightful crispness and such delicious flavors of pineapple and summer peach, that you will, in fact, be proud to serve it!

However, that doesn’t mean that picking a name was easy. In fact, the winemakers considered many different iterations before settling on Proud to Serve, such as:

• Alcohol: 14.2%
• Blend: Sauvignon Blanc 85%, Chenin Blanc 15%
• Stainless steel fermented with native yeast
• Aged in stainless steel for 9 months
• Production: 350 cases

This Award Winning 2009 North Coast Sauvignon Blanc is stainless steel fermented with native yeasts, and aged in stainless steel for nine months.
