Soundbar Speaker with Wireless Subwoofer
Friday, September 14, 2012
Quick question: according to the features, this Soundbar Speaker with Wireless Subwoofer’s virtual surround sound produces “true-to-life” audio… but what if I don’t want to hear all the stuff I already hear in real life? What if I want to hear something different?
Like, what if I want to hear, “nobody’s mad at you for leaving the ice cream in the car and letting it melt, Greg”? Or, “We know you’re sensitive about your inability to grow a full beard, but that stubble looks great, Greg”? How about, “It’s okay, Greg. Nobody dislikes you behind your back”?
Look, I know this thing’s Boston engineered for best-in-class performance. I know it’s easy to install. I know that it’s got Dolby Digital decoding for superior surround sound. I know all that stuff. I just want to make sure it provides an escape from reality, not just more of the same.
