Swivel Store Deluxe 2-pk w/Spice Bottles

1. Nutmeg. Every year we think that nutmeg might lose its ascendent position on this list, but it keeps proving why it deserves the top spot. Tasty, classic, beloved: Nutmeg.
2. Cumin. Whoa! Where did that come from? Cumin may not be everybody’s favorite spice, but hey, we’re not in the business of making crowd-pleasing spice lists.
3. Cinnamon. If you don’t like cinnamon you’ve just got mental problems.
4. Pepper. Surprised that this classic spice is so far down on the list? Don’t be. Pepper has been on cruise control for years, and hasn’t been doing much for us lately.
5. Garam Masala. Purists may point out that this classic Indian spice is actually a mixture of several spices. But the Woot spice editors don’t care, yo.
6. Paprika. We actually have no idea what this tastes like. We’ve never thought, “This could use some more paprika.” But it sure does make deviled eggs look pretty.
7. Ground cloves. Why not?
8. Coriander. Did you know that coriander is the seed of the cilantro plant, and that in Britain they call cilantro coriander? Oh, you did know all of that? Well…good.
9. Turmeric. Nothing discolors your favorite bamboo cutting board faster than turmeric!
10. Cayenne pepper. This would be a lot higher, but there are a lot of other ways to make food spicy, so it’s not so important.
