Honey, would you help me with th- Oh no! No! No! No! Get off of that Teeter Hang Ups SR-250 Inversion Table! Right now!
“What’s wrong honey, I’m just hanging out!”
Ugh! I’ve told you over and over: I have no problem with the inversion table itself. In fact, I understand that it’s good for your back, that it helps you stretch and decompress, relax your muscles, and increases flexibility. But, jeez honey, I can’t stand all the stupid hanging puns you make when you’re on it.
“Would you say my hanging puns are a hang up of yours?”
No, I would never say that.
“Look if you don’t want to hear them, you don’t have to come into the closet.”
Closet? Honey, we’re in the basement.
“Oh, sorry! I just figured we were in a closet, with all these hangers around!”
Ugh.
“Or maybe it’s a ballot booth, considering there’s a hanging Chad right here!”
For the last time, Charles does not shorten to Chad!
“In some cultures maybe it does, though.”
Okay, here’s the deal. You see this hammer? I’m taking it to your softball trophies if you make one more hanging pun, understand?
“Whoa, whoa! Honey! Hang on!”
THAT’S IT!
“No! I meant ‘hold on!’ HONEY!”
