MONDAY

Yeah, yeah, I know. It’s serious, there’s a giant volcano, threatening to erase civilization as we know it, you need me to fix it because I’m the most genius scientist ever, blah, blah, blah. When’s it supposed to erupt, anyway? Thursday?! Seriously?!?! And you’re bugging me about it NOW?! C’mon! Just chill! I’ll get to it tomorrow, aight?

TUESDAY

Oh, crap! That’s right! Giant Volcano! My bad, my bad. You know how it is where you’re like, “I gotta remember that!” but then you don’t have a pen, so you don’t write it down, and then it’s just gone? Totally what happened here. But don’t worry. I’ll fix this thing tomorrow.WEDNESDAY

Look, I know I said I would figure something out about the Volcano thing by today, but I haven’t. I got distracted! So sue me! I’m human! Anyway, tomorrow, though, for serious. Or wait, Friday. I think I’m doing something tomorrow. Oh, right – that’s when the volcano’s supposed to go off. See, I knew there was something. But anyway, no biggie. I’ll pull an all nighter, figure it out.

THURSDAY

Wait, seriously – it’s Thursday? Today? I coulda sworn it was Tuesday. Does anyone else hear that rumbling noise?

FRIDAY

No, look, I’m not really in the mood to organize and distribute rations today, okay? Tomorrow, though, totally!
